Pastor Lizzy and Pastor Tyler Jorgensen have served in ministry together for over 20 years and lead with a deep commitment to family, compassion, and team-based leadership. Ministry has always been something they have done side by side, following God’s call wherever He leads.

Five months after their marriage, Lizzy and Tyler were sent as missionaries to South Africa, where they served for four years as teachers and pastors. From there, they moved to Botswana to help relaunch the Foursquare Church in the nation. During their time in Botswana, they planted a church, provided Bible college training, and welcomed their first three children—Joshua, Anika, and Tinneke.

In 2012, they returned to Canada, where Tyler was diagnosed with cancer. During this season, Tyler served as Associate Pastor at Kingsway Foursquare Church while beginning his master’s training. In a powerful testimony of God’s faithfulness, Tyler was miraculously healed. Two years later, they moved to Kimberley, where Tyler was invited to pastor Summit Church. During this time, Lizzy served as the National Missions Coordinator for Foursquare Canada, continuing their shared passion for strengthening churches and leaders. While in Kimberley, God also blessed their family with their fourth child, Caleb.

After eight years in Kimberley, Tyler sensed God calling him to focus on supporting pastors in ministry. Lizzy stepped into the role of Lead Pastor, while Tyler pursued a Master’s degree in Counselling to further equip himself to care for pastors and leaders.

In 2024, Lizzy and Tyler were invited to Nanaimo to lead what is now Harvest Church. Today, Lizzy serves as Lead Pastor and Tyler as Executive Pastor. Together, they lead Harvest Church as a pastoral team, and alongside their children, they serve Jesus as a whole family.

Their heart and passion are to cultivate a healthy, compassionate church community—one that truly feels like family.
