Judges

The book of Judges serves as an example of what happens when one generation fails to teach the next generation about God. Through a series of seven cycles, we see a pattern that moves from failure to teach the next generation, worshipping other gods, punishment from God, repentance, and deliverance through a God-sent judge. May we be encouraged to intentionally teach the next generation in our own families and church family so that they will choose to follow God.
